Collide22 - A Small Survey

infoAbout This Title

Hello, everyone!

It has already been almost a week since 7CDP v0.3.0 was released. During that time, the Patreon version has been downloaded around 1,900 times. Of course, many of those downloads probably came from players downloading the updated bug-fix files again, but even so, I feel incredibly proud and grateful that so many people were waiting for the game and looking forward to this update.

The major bugs now seem to have mostly settled down, and I do not think there are many serious issues left. For this update, I actively used AI to inspect the game and identify potential problems before release. It helped me find and fix more than 100 bugs and potential errors, although some issues could only be noticed through actual gameplay.

Anyway, many of you have spent the past week playing the update, leaving kind comments, and sharing your enjoyment. Now I would really love to hear your overall impressions!

Performance and Gameplay Improvements

A great deal of work went into improving performance and making the game more comfortable to play.

Did dungeon movement feel smoother and faster?

Did you know that holding down an arrow key allows your character to continue moving automatically?

How did you feel about the new option to perform 5× or 10× basic attacks at once? Did it make battles feel faster and more convenient?

Were the Free Action keyboard shortcuts, such as R and Q, useful and noticeable?

Does the dungeon’s darker and more oppressive atmosphere come across more clearly now?

B4 and B3

B4 includes a lot of dramatic and rather extreme content. How did you feel about its story, atmosphere, and more unconventional elements?

B3 was honestly exhausting to create in every possible way. It took an enormous amount of work, so I am especially curious whether it delivered an experience that felt memorable and worthwhile.

Free Action Content

For now, the completed Free Action routes are limited to:

Raymond/Cain/Leonard/Zephyr/Warren

However, this update also added or expanded content for many other characters, including:

New characters such as Felix, Kai, Xavier, and Oscar

Karter, whose entire storyline was rewritten

William, Gideon, Krom, and several other intelligent companions

The animals living in the shelter

Various other side characters

How did you feel about the newly added Free Action content? Were there any characters or scenes that stood out to you in particular?

More Corruption Top / Dom Routes?

Raymond received a new Corruption Top route, also (maybe I should) referred to as a Dom route, in this update.

I would like to know whether there is demand for similar routes for more characters in the future. Would you like to see more characters become dominant through their corruption routes? If so, which characters would interest you most?

Your Favorites and Future Ideas

I would also love to know:

Who is your favorite character?

Which newly added content did you enjoy most?

What kind of content would you like to see in future updates?

Are there any character combinations, routes, systems, or events you think would be especially fun?

I cannot promise that every suggestion will be added, but I will read them all. Whenever I see an idea that makes me think, “Oh, that sounds fun. I want to make that,” I will seriously consider including it in the game.

This update took a very long time to complete. Thank you for remembering the game, coming back for the new version, and spending so much time enjoying it.

I look forward to reading your reviews, feedback, and positive ideas. Thank you again for playing and supporting 7CDP!
