Today is the Counters' squad day off. After getting permission from Andersen, everyone heads up to the surface. There's an area near the ocean that you've wanted to visit for a while, and according to reports, it's completely rapture-free for some reason.
Rapi, cautious as ever, heads out towards the sand dunes to do some recon work and make sure that the area is secure. Anis, being her usual self, starts to build some defensive fortifications. Neon seems to be the only one more laid back... so you decide to go hang out with her.
