Karniktus - Another Special Piece
infoAbout This Title
It's gonna get magically messy!
I made the teaser images as attachments so they won’t be blurred.
This new animation will feature...
a bit of story complete with voice acting, inner monologue, and a bit of dialogue.
Runtime is 5 minutes and 40 seconds of overwhelming pleasure.
Early Access, public after 1 week. (I can’t make two animations with roughly the same runtime.)
It's similar to my Luna x SheVenom animation but with a slightly different approach.
I know I said that after the Anniversary animation, I’d return to the Patreon and public format, but my plans have changed, and I believe this new direction will be worth it.
How is this different from Luna x SheVenom?
Unlike the Luna x SheVenom, where the voice-acted inner monologue was honestly just an afterthought on my part that worked pretty well. I based the script on the already-finished animation.
This time I started with the voice acting first. I wrote the script as a guide for the cinematics, so the voice came before the animation itself. That means timing is everything, and the character’s movement has to be synced carefully. I'll discuss further in the BTS soon.
It’s my first time doing all of this, and I’ve learned a lot along the way. Most importantly, I realized that I should finalize everything first before passing it on to the voice actor. I wanted to add a couple more lines to enhance the scene, but that would have meant changing everything from the start, so I’ll save those dialogues for future releases instead.
I got carried away by how well the voice actor delivered her lines.
This is another challenging project, and it’s taken me a while to make. But I’m pleased to say that after all these exhausting weeks, it’s finally coming together, and it’ll be out soon!
I’ll reveal more details when the video comes out.
Also, thank you for the overwhelming support for the Anniversary animation here on Patreon and on Twitter. That animation performed really well, just like Luna x SheVenom, and it inspired me to take this direction again with the voice-acted approach.
