First of all, I apologize for the call-sign mishaps. I try to deliver polished chapters, so silly errors like that slipping through are embarrassing.
Last week kicked my ass. Multiple projects at my marketing agency (my "real" job) were due, and the courses on game design I teach at West Virginia University are about to start. I'm fortunate to have work at a time when a lot of people don't, so this isn't me complaining. It's a peek behind the curtain instead of leaving you in the dark.
All of this was a reminder that I'd very much prefer to do nothing but write. I don't have a ton of freebies sitting around to offer, but if we get to $2,000 I'll share the first 10 WIP chapters of Molt and Mire, a story about a young lizardman coming of age in his small swamp town. Some of you may recall those sample chapters from a while back, but that was only 4 chapters.
I know that's not a huge incentive. The only other thing I can think to offer is my full punch card for Perry's Pizza, which is a pizza shop in my neighborhood that does a really badass chicken bacon ranch pizza.
Like, that might actually be a better prize.
