Anyone ever swam in large waves that washed away your swimwear?
I was really amazed I've never heard of Phil Felt before, not even of Atomic Puppet, a 2016 cartoon. Aside from the show, Phil is just a pure cockbait, exaggeratingly licking pickels and ice cream, being a dad, running around in his briefs only, etc. but there is like zilch porn with him (I found exactly 1 image), which is weird, because I know that many ppl have never seen a single episode of Bluey, but draw and fap to Bandit and Co. so I was expecting at least a little exposure.
With this image, and possibly more in the future, I am intend to restore the R34 harmony.
Background chars are just randos I made up, I didn't find other characters in the show I liked enough to draw.
