There are times when I think I can be just a little twistedly cruel to some of my characters… Take a certain fairy-tale princess, for instance. While she waits for her family to give in to the villain’s evil demands, she’s enjoying a rather hospitable stay in his dungeons… I think I may have gone a little overboard with the chains.
Well… so she doesn’t get bored while waiting to be rescued by Prince Charming—and so you don’t start thinking I’m a bit of a bastard—I’ve left a couple of her captor’s minions there to keep her company, along with a little wind-up toy I made for the three of them to play with.
