Odd paranormal things are happening at Cranford High School, and the arrival of a new student increases these happenings drastically. The popular teens at school are gathering together to investigate this unusually handsome, super awkward, incredibly gifted, and unbearably stinky student?
Chapter 1 The School is HauntedClouds were casting a shadow on Cranford High School as they rolled across the hill the school sat on.
From a distance one could see that there was visual noise surrounding the school with an innumerable amount of police cruisers and an uncertainty that loomed. Although this was the case, the school was quiet on approach and students were arriving attempting to feign ignorance to the situation by chatting with each other as if everything was normal.
A blue luxury car turned at the student parking entrance and stationed itself right next to other luxurious cars. These cars belonged to a lucky few students whose affluent family lived on the same hill as the school.
Out came Zane Schultz, a proper football jock and one of the most popular students in the school. His blonde hair highlighted by the sun and although his stature could have been greater, his personality more than made up for his slightly above average size.
"Ready for today's practice?" Blurted Malik Darwin, another affluent student, as he closed the door to his expensive car. Dressed in designer with golden cornrows, the team's quarterback had a gleaming smile. His looks hardly had trouble making girls hearts skip a beat.
"When have you ever caught me slacking and not pumped?" Responded Zane as he performed his teams handshake ritual with Malik. They both smiled and hugged each other sideways at the hip.
At that very moment, the police chief had exited his vehicle and tossed his door behind him. The teammates stopped and stared in the chief's direction. The chief was stomping towards the main door and had a serious face when he motioned other police to follow him.
"Things are getting pretty serious aren't they?" Zane asked as Malik gave him a worried nod.
They walked into the school and separated, each heading to their appropriate homeroom.
As Zane entered his room, Layton, the class's other commanding force had twirled up paper balls and was chewing on one before properly spitting it through a tube and hitting the class's biggest nerd Philip. Zane grabbed his favorite notebook, where he loved taking notes and writing informal diary entries and smacked Layton on the back of the head before heading to his seat.
Layton grunted, and stuck his middle finger out while teasingly licking the air and motioning as if he was spreading Zane's cheeks. Zane responded with a middle finger back and a face demanding Layton stop his assault on his best friend.
The homeroom teacher arrived with a worried look on her face and sat her bag on her desk. Ms. Heartly a deeply empathetic, short but athletic woman had been deeply moved by the schools recent events.
"As you all know, with the second disappearance of a student in a month, the police will now be more deeply involved with the school." She stated while sighing. " Please be cooperative and report anything suspicious that you guys see."
Everyone nodded determined to help out thanks to their beloved homeroom teacher's words. There had been now 2 girls that disappeared early before heading to school. One at the beginning of the month, and the last Friday morning. It was Monday and there had been no word about her yet.
Ms. Heartly took a moment to look at her phone before the class received someone at the door.
"Ah that's right, that's today." The teacher exclaimed. "Everyone I please join me in welcoming our new student Cliff who just moved into town and is looking forward to be part of our school." She said as she motioned with her hand at Cliff to introduce himself.
"H-Hey everyone" Cliff said towering over his new classmates.
A simple vanilla love story with lots of cute wholesome moments but, unavoidable complications.
