A modern outfit is available in Skyrim with both lore-friendly textures and modern not-lore-friendly design.
Body jiggle & physics is applied.
There is also a customizable bulge slider. Adjust the bulge size as you want.

Requirements
HDT-SMP (Hard requirement): for body jiggles.
Sky Patcher (Soft requirement): If you have "Sky Patcher" installed, then the "Crafting Motif" will be available for purcahse at vendors. With the "Crafting Motif" in your inventory, you can craft all items at the forge. If you don't want to use "Sky Patcher", just use "AddItemMenu" or "Screen Archer Menu" to add items into your inventory.
If you use SAM: SAM Light High Poly + SOS Patch + HDT Patch + My Outfit Patch
If you use HIMBO: HIMBO (Physics) + SOS or TNG
If you use SOSAM or BILF: SOSAM
If you want to build your own body preset: BodySlide and Outfit Studio
If you are not using the latest game version, you also need: Backported Extended ESL Support
Installation
First download and install main file. Choose your desired body during FOMOD installation.
Then optionally download 4K textures. 2K textures are default and included in the main file.
BodySlide files are uploaded as separate download. Note that the weight slider in bodyslide is 1-0 for SAM and 0-1 for HIMBO.
If you use SAM/SOSAM/BILF, no need to use bodyslide.
If you use HIMBO body, the FOMOD installer comes with zero body meshes to use with OBody. Or you could build your own preset in BodySlide. The group name is "HIMBO Invincible69 Combat Singlet".
Note that "Complete Edition" is standalone and already contains everything in "Base Version" (hence no need to install the "Base Version" if you use "Complete Edition"), but both can still be used together.

Get in Game
Purchase "Crafting Motif: Combat Singlet" from any general vendor (such as Belethor's General Goods in Whiterun), keep it in your inventory and craft them at the tanning rack. No perk is required for the crafting. They can't be tempered since they are treated as clothing items instead of armors!
