[18+] The AShark00 Archives - AUG 2026 - Engine Fuel

infoAbout This Title

Gale held his glass of wine in both hands. His drinking companion, Wyll, took a frustratedly long time to notice his pointed glare.

"I know." Said Wyll.

"We should really talk to them about it."

"I know." Said Wyll.

"This could be a problem."

"I tried telling Astarion to stop encouraging it. He told me to mind my own business."

"Astarion is getting involved??" blurted out Gale.

"Shh."

Wyll peered over his shoulder, lifting back the tent flap to observe the activity outside. The rest of the party sat sprawled by the campfire. Both Lae'zel and Karlach now packed additional heft. They didn't seem to mind either. Karlach was chipper and loud as per usual. Her new curves bounced with her uproarious laughter. Lae'zel seemed more cold and closed off, and yet it was impossible not to notice the way her hand stroked across her thigh, running her fingers across the plump surface.

Nobody had heard the two men talking, it seemed.

"I think it would be wise to come up with a contingency plan for if this... spirals out of control." Murmured Gale.

"So far we have revivify scrolls and we have Withers." Wyll contemplated.

"That's a pound of cure, what about the ounce of prevention?"

"We'll talk to them about it." Sighed the Warlock. "We'll be open, polite, and firm. We'll ask them if they can lay off these... bizarre tactics. At least to save face for our reputation."

"I mean, I don't mind what they do with their stomachs..." Gale mused. "As long as I'm off the menu, that is."

His words didn't seem to impress his friend in any way. The tiefling stood up and breached the tent flap once more, ducking outside.

"I know." Said Wyll.
