The first 10 minutes I unbox my [BLACKOUT] album so feel free to skip ahead if you'd like.
Even if I say that this might be my least favourite album of theirs so far I still love it and I like that they're trying something new. Performance wise I understand them wanting to have songs like SOB, it's also a really exciting song as a pre-release. I absolutely love the title track, the chorus is so addictive and their vocals have never sounded better. All those runs and adlibs really make the song for me. I'm a fan of a racing concept in general and I think it fits them and X so well. I'm also loving all the concept photos this era so I had to make several thumbnails because I think it's fun
I need to listen to CHIC more and I hope it has a choreography because that could be amazing, but my favourite songs after a first listen are 2.0 and WHO'S DAT? (JANE DOE). My favourite thing about those two songs are how they remind me of CYE and how those songs make me feel. I think they have the most interesting lyrics, too.
I'm so impressed by all of them and their growth and especially KYEONGBAE how his voice is shining more than ever in these songs. I feel like that can be said for all of them but he is just so impressive to me for his young age and I think he has so much potential like I always talk about. I'm so excited to dive deeper into this era and to watch the behind the scenes of the everything, but especially for the music videos. I feel like that will help me understand them better like it usually does. I get overwhelmed by all the visuals in the moment I hope you enjoy and I'd love to hear all your thoughts in the comments~
