About These Updates
Shout-out to CallMeIshmael for his Deputy Commissioner request for September - Samara!
The Samara update includes a messy/facialized version, plus 1440p versions of both variants! You can find them uncropped on Catbox, instructions below:

Where to Find The Update On Catbox:
The "Current Month" folder
The "Mass Effect" folder
The "Desktop Backgrounds" folder (1440p versions only)
ALSO
Three of Tifa's pictures from "Tangents (A Side)" were requested to have 1440p versions rendered, so I've also added those! You can find those in:
The "FF7 - Tangents (A + B Sides) Comic" Folder
The "Desktop Backgrounds" folder
The relevant .zip folder has been updated as well, but you can find them in the folder's gallery so you don't have to re-download the whole 200mb .zip.
ALSO
I made an improvement to Page 5 of "Catching Up" with Ada Wong and Leon Kennedy, the BJ scene I posted last month. It looked a little dry coming off a deep throating so I added some saliva. Nothing fancy but I've updated those if you want to check them out. You can find those in:
The "Current Month" folder (In an updated .zip file) (until it's done releasing publicly)
The "RE4 - 'Catching Up' Comic" folder.
G's Notes
It's a bit of a dense one, so buckle in my bbs!
Differentiating Comic Formats
I've settled on two different formats for my comics going forward just as far as how I differentiate their descriptions - "Narrative" Comics and "Straight-to-Smut" Comics;
"Narrative" Comics will be the major projects like "Tangents" and "A Dream of Requiem", etc, and have a slower burn with more emphasis on setting up the scene and the characters beyond just banging (although they will still do that, obviously, that's why I'm here). Because of their length (15-20+ Pages), variants for these pages might be more limited to cut down on the amount of renders that has to be done (each picture can take up to 90 minutes sometimes depending on how heavy it is, if a comic is, say, 25 pages but has 25 variants, that's 50-75 hours of just rendering where productivity stops just to let daz render stuff for the better part of a week and nothing else can be made), but the trade-off is that you'll have early access to the entire comic all at once while it might take over a month or two for the full comic to release for public.
"Straight-to-Smut" Comics (StS) will be much more light-hearted and simple, and have minimal set-up and just kind of get right into the lewd stuff, like "We Have Cloud at Home", or more recently "Pool Gonks". These will be shorter vignette comics (~4-8 pages) that are kind of just meant to show the focus character in a handful of positions/shots with some minor semblance of progression between them, and likely have more emphasis on each page having at least one variant. You still will have immediate early access to the full comic like normal.
I want to aim for delivering at least one StS comic per month with an ambition for two. Narrative comics will come when I have a strong idea for them, and they take a lot of time and focus away from other smaller projects so I don't want to set any expectations but when I work on these I'll try to do my best to be as steady with sneak peeks and updates so that you just end up with radio silence in the meantime. And lastly, of course I'll still also fill the gaps with one-offs and smaller things where needs be just to keep the flow of updates coming.
Because the billing now works based on when people subscribe rather than everyone being billed on the 1st (although if you were subbed before I changed that you'll still get billed on the 1st like normal, just as a reminder), I'm trying to untangle my workflow from the idea of doing things within specific month blocks. There's a general minimum of how much content I want to be able to deliver you in a month, but I won't be operating like "X Comic is going to be Septembers comic" which kind of led to pressure points in various spots (the end of the month used to be really rough because I'd try to top-load the 1st week of every month because I was cognizant that as the month went on that $5 initial sub for people who sub and then drop out went less and less far, so it'd kind of taper off as the month went). Now I'm just going to try and stay consistent as time goes since it doesn't matter when you sub, $5 gets you the full month's value. I hope that makes sense? Maybe I'm just yapping.
September Stuff!
On that note, let me tell you about September comics! lmao.
This month I'll be making and releasing not one but two FF7 comics! A StS and a Narrative! It's been a crazy couple of months where a bunch of different factors kinda contributed to a bit of a hiatus from them, but I'm getting back to them! August was a pretty good mix of different favorites like Mass Effect and Resident Evil and Cyberpunk, so I don't feel too bad about focusing on King FF7 for a while lol.
"The Latest and Greatest!" - Elena & The Turks
After having had to circumnavigate the planet numerous times by way of a helicopter, Elena's boredom and impulsivity gets the better of her as the Turks come up with new ways to pass the time...
Format: Straight-to-Smut
11 Pages Scripted
6 Variants Planned
Starring: Elena, Reno, & Rude
Expected Release: Sept. 9th-11th
"Untitled Cloud & Tifa Comic" - Cloud & Tifa
Weeks on the road together have made Tifa witness to no shortage of peculiar moments of chemistry between Cloud - the man she has had feelings for since their days growing up in Nibelheim - and their spunky, lets-get-em! new friend Aerith. Despite the tension lingering between them after their confrontation in Kalm, Tifa finally finds the courage to make a bold move of her own...
Format: Narrative
Pages & Variants TBD
Starring: Tifa & Cloud
Expected Release: 2nd Half of September
When I made the poll and started promising this one way back in June I didn't expect to get waylaid so many times by life and health stuff. I really do feel bad for that and I thank you for your patience!
I've started to formulate an overall direction for what this story will be and it's percolating, though I haven't scripted it out yet so I can't say how big it'll end up being other than knowing it'll probably have a hefty lead-in akin to Tangents.
Schedule-wise if I had to guess I'd say that once "The Latest and Greatest!" is released I'll do one more one-off (the remaining Deputy Commissioner picture for this month will be a pinup of Cortana so it'll probably be that) and then it'll be full steam ahead on this project (provided, of course, that I don't end up with some other debilitating issue) and then we'll see where things are after that!
It might end up being a little bit of a sparser stretch over the next month or so for individual updates, but only because so much time will have to be committed to the bigger projects. We'll see how it goes. I'd very much like to try and reverse the tide on Cancellations if I'm being totally honest, but my main way of doing that seems to be through big FF7 stuff, so a little more pain now for hopefully some turnaround later, and then less health shit and more rhythm so I can get back on track.
I think that's all for now! I'm taking a long weekend because tomorrow is my birthday. See you sometime next week with "The Latest and Greatest!"!
