Hey everyone! Excited to share some updates I added based on last month's poll for giantess interaction improvements! Giantesses now have a variety of single and area stomp animations to punish you if you bully them. Complete with new impact visual effects, sound effects, and screen shake!
A new crafting recipe has been added to the workbench: The Tribute Chest. You can now place an item in the tribute chest and if a giantess goes near it, she will take what you put in it if it matches her desired item. You can call the giantess near your tribute chest using a craftable giantess lure or hitting her ankles to get her to follow you.
This makes giving offerings easier because you can go do other things with your offering placed in the chest. A notification will let you know if a giantess takes anything from your tribute chest no matter where you are! You can still make your offering by hitting her ankles to get picked up, but beware the stomp!
If you do get picked up, you can rest a little easier on your way down because I've added a new invulnerability mechanic so you won't die when a giantess drops you. I also fixed giantess' trying to pick up the Little Helper!
Map Level Design Progress
Two new areas have been added to the map!
The Rocky Highlands
Bamboo Forest
Building Zones have been expanded as more of the map is complete. Roughly 70% of the map now allows building! Work in progress sections of the map are included in this build. The pink tree Sakura grove, the pirate mining outpost, and the swamp. Please do not submit bug reports for these areas yet!
Known Issues:
Some goblins do not move after spawning due to a navigation mesh issue.
All rivers and some lakes do not play swimming effects or have buoyancy because I have not setup water physics on them yet.
How to Use the Testing Environment
In the launcher, select Testing in the Environment dropdown. The Testing environment is completely separate on your computer from the Production environment and will not affect your saves or settings in any way.
