Once a year, for twelve hours, the rules change.
Certain experimental procedures become legal. Approved organizations are given freedoms they normally wouldn’t have. And adults unfortunate enough to be caught outside may discover that surviving the night and staying yourself are two very different things.
I’ve included the rules above. I suggest reading them carefully.
