この記事では、今回のショート漫画の、フキダシ無し画像をアップします。
またちょっとした製作についての話もしたいと思います。
まず先に絵をどうぞ
In this article, I’ll be posting images from this short comic without speech bubbles.
I’d also like to share a few thoughts on the creation process.
First, here are the illustrations
ちょっと言い訳をさせてください。
本来はイボイボの触手が肛門の粘膜をゴリゴリ引っかけて
抉れる様を描写したかったんです…。
しかし、当然のことながらこの支援サイトにおいても接合部は
しっかりと局部修正が必要です。（一応警告はあるでしょうがBANは困る）
丁寧に丁寧に描いたお尻の穴を最後には黒線修正で消していく作業は
精神的にもかなりきつく（さながら賽の河原…）、
また支援サイトごとに違うであろう修正にそれぞれ対応する時間が
無かったので今回はそれらの描写は見送り、
出来る限り修正の必要が無い描写にしました。
また今度チャレンジしようと思っているので、
おしり好きの紳士の方々、今回はこれで許してほしいです
Let me just make a quick excuse.
Originally, I wanted to depict how the bumpy tentacles would scrape roughly against the anal mucosa
and tear it open…
However, as you might expect, even on this fan-funded site, the genital area
needs to be thoroughly censored. (I’m sure there’s a warning, but I really don’t want to get banned )
The process of carefully, meticulously drawing a butt hole only to erase it in the end with black lines
was mentally quite taxing (it felt like being on the Riverbed of Bones… ),
and since I didn’t have time to adapt to the different censorship policies
that likely vary from one support site to another, I decided to skip those depictions this time
and opted for illustrations that require as little censorship as possible.
I plan to try this again in the future,
so to all you gentlemen who love butts, please forgive me for this one
さて、前に記事で描いた事と少し重複するかもしれませんが、
『退魔剣士シリーズ』のコンセプトを説明したいと思います。
退魔剣士シリーズは、半蔵などの『特命忍者シリーズ』とは
また少し違う毛色の作品として製作したのを覚えています。
今回の漫画で描いた触手もその特色の一つです。
一応今初めてそのシリーズを知ったという方に説明にすると、
世界の裏側、あるいは別の世界の狭間、黄昏の世界から
現世に現れ悪さをする『妖魔』に対処するために
存在するのが退魔剣士と呼ばれる、特殊な技能を身に着けた戦士です。
彼女たちは政府秘密機関のエージェントと組んで、
秘密裏に妖魔を処理する任務を負っています。
Now, this might overlap a bit with what I wrote in a previous article,
but I’d like to explain the concept behind the “Exorcist Swordsman Series.”
I remember creating the Exorcist Swordsman Series as a work
with a slightly different flavor from the “Special Mission Ninja Series,” which features characters like Hanzō.
The tentacles I drew in this manga are one of its distinctive features.
For those who are just learning about the series for the first time, let me explain:
“Exorcist Swordswomen” are warriors with special abilities
who exist to deal with “demons” that emerge from the underworld,
the gaps between worlds, or the twilight realm
and wreak havoc in the real world.
They team up with agents from a secret government agency
and are tasked with secretly eliminating these demons.

この世界観を共有しています。
していますが、単独で楽しめるように作っているので、
どこから読んで頂いても問題ありません。
My previous manga works,
*The Story of a Widowed Exorcist Priestess Who Is Sexually Abused by a Young Man Possessed by a Lustful Spirit* and
*Special Investigator Rin Ichigaya: Anal Humiliation Training Edition*,
share this same universe.
However, since they’re designed to be enjoyed on their own,
you can start reading from anywhere.
特命忍者シリーズが映画「ブレイド」のような、物質的な脅威の世界観なら
退魔剣士シリーズはドラマ「ストレンジャーシングス」のような
この世界とは違う別の次元からの脅威のようなオカルティックな
世界観と言えるかもしれません。
If the Special Mission Ninja series is set in a world of physical threats, like the movie *Blade*,
then the Demon-Slaying Swordsman series could be described as having an occult-themed
worldview, similar to the TV series *Stranger Things*,
where threats come from another dimension distinct from our own.
英語翻訳にしたとき、特命忍者に出てくる『魔物』も
退魔剣士に出てくる『妖魔』も
同じように『DEMONS』と訳されてしまうかもしれませんが、
世界観が違うのでニュアンスも変わります。
When translated into English, the “monsters” that appear in *Special Mission Ninja* and
the “demons” that appear in *Exorcist Swordsman*
might both be translated as “DEMONS,”
but since the settings are different, the nuances also differ.
ともかく、人外の、異形の存在とヒロインを絡ませたかったので
『退魔剣士シリーズ』の世界観を構築しました。
この世界感は作家「菊池秀行」氏の作品群の影響を多大に受けていて
（海外では翻訳されているんだろうか？）
その作家が作りだすセックス＆バイオレンスな雰囲気が大好きで
絵として表現できないかと日々模索しています。
Anyway, since I wanted to weave the heroine into a story involving otherworldly, monstrous beings,
I created the world of the “Exorcist Swordsman Series.”
This world is heavily influenced by the works of author Hideyuki Kikuchi,
(I wonder if his books have been translated overseas? )
I absolutely love the atmosphere of sex and violence he creates,
and I’m constantly exploring ways to express it through my art.
それから『猫峯ミケ』というキャラについても少し話します。
そもそも今回のショート漫画は今年の１月くらいに描いた、
こういうキャラどうだろうか？という設定画みたいなものが始まりになっています。
I’d also like to talk a little bit about the character “Nekomine Mike.”
Actually, this short manga started with a concept sketch I drew around January of this year,
where I asked myself, “What do you think of a character like this?”
私が今まで描いた事のない見た目＆性格のキャラだったので
描いていてとても楽しかったのを記憶しています。
名前は日本の人には割と由来がわかりやすい名前だと思います。
苗字に猫（neko）が付いていて、
名前に三毛猫（mike-neko）の「ミケ」ですからね。
峯（mine）は何となく、くっ付けた時に語感が良かったからです。
ただ翻訳するとき『mike』はマイク・タイソンのマイクと同じ読みに
なってしまうので、海外の方はなんで男の名前？と
混乱してしまうかもしれませんね。
正直そこまで考えていなかったので、失敗したかもしれません。
（そもそも私はあまりキャラクターの名前を拘ったりするタイプではないので
パっと浮かんだものを特に考えずそのまま付ける癖があります。
ジェイザルゴって名前もその時遊んでいたRPGに登場するキャラの名前を
そのまま使ってるだけですからね。特に拘りがないんですな）
でもミケって日本では猫に付ける有りがちな名前ですけど、可愛いですよね？
気まぐれ、気分屋そうな彼女にピッタリな気がします。
（凄く親しくなると猫みたいに甘噛みしてくるかもしれませんね）
だからまあ、このままでもいいかと変更はしませんでした。
Since this was a character with a look and personality I’d never drawn before,
I remember having a lot of fun drawing him.
I think the origin of his name is pretty easy for Japanese people to understand.
His last name includes “neko” (cat) ,
and his first name comes from “Mike-neko” (calico cat)—specifically, the “Mike” part.
As for “Mine,” I just felt it sounded good when I put the two together.
However, when translating, “mike” ends up being pronounced the same way as Mike Tyson’s “Mike,”
so people overseas might get confused and wonder, “Why is this a guy’s name?”
To be honest, I hadn’t really thought that far ahead, so it might have been a mistake.
(To begin with, I’m not the type to get too hung up on character names,
so I have a habit of just using whatever pops into my head without giving it much thought.
Even the name “Jezalgo” is just the name of a character from an RPG I was playing at the time—
I just used it as-is. I don’t really have any particular preferences, you see )
But even though “Mike” is a pretty common name for cats in Japan, it’s cute, right?
I feel like it’s perfect for her—she seems so whimsical and moody.
(Once we get really close, she might even give me a gentle nibble like a cat )
So, well, I figured it was fine as is, and I didn’t change it.
世界観における彼女の立ち位置などは、あまり深くは決めていません。
少なくとも「退魔剣士シリーズ」の世界では、
流禅寺家が退魔の一族としてのトップに君臨しており
そのほかに分家や同じ退魔を裏の世界の生業とする一族がいる、
この設定は変わっていませんので、
猫峯ミケもまた退魔の一族の一人、という事です。
ただ彼女が、自負するような最強退魔剣士であるかはわかりません。
彼女は、実際に作中で最強とされる、流禅寺家の退魔剣士達を
知らないだけかもしれません。
これから先また彼女の漫画を描く事があれば、
もっともっとキャラを掘り下げていくことが出来るでしょう。
それが楽しみです。
I haven’t really decided on her exact place within the world-building in too much detail.
At least in the world of the “Exorcist Swordsman Series,”
the Ryuzenji clan reigns supreme as the leading exorcist clan,
and there are also branch families and other clans that make their living as exorcists in the underworld.
Since this setting hasn’t changed,
it follows that Miko Nekomine is also a member of an exorcist clan.
However, I’m not sure if she really is the “strongest demon-slaying swordswoman” she claims to be.
It might simply be that she isn’t familiar with the Ryuzenji clan’s demon-slaying swordsmen,
who are actually considered the strongest in the story.
If I ever get the chance to draw a manga featuring her again in the future,
I’ll be able to delve much deeper into her character.
I’m looking forward to that.
