Kiro Stories - Are we already reaching the end of the year?
infoAbout This Title
The year is drawing to a close, but my gratitude remains the same—especially on the 5th of every month. So, thank you all once again; your support makes all of this possible. This vast number of stories wouldn't exist without you, so thank you.
Now, let's get to the updates. I’m seriously considering setting aside one day a month—much like I do for editing OCs or creating extras—exclusively for major stories. What do I mean by that? As you can see, my stories usually range from 15 to 40 pages, but I occasionally get ideas for larger-scale projects (or have scripts ready for longer stories—or shorter ones that are denser in terms of characters and settings). I often end up not making them because I essentially need to produce one story per day; I feel somewhat trapped and end up avoiding these other projects because of that constraint.
So, the idea is to dedicate one day a month to focusing solely on a story like that—handling the most complex and dense parts on that day—and then finishing it up on another day, just like a standard story (essentially making it a two-day project). I’m also thinking about what else I could do on that day so it doesn't end up being a "blank" day. If you have ideas for something simple yet publishable that I could do, let me know what you have in mind.
And yes, I know I used to split my time—doing about five pages of a larger story in the morning and the daily story during the rest of the day. I’m trying to organize my schedule and sleep routine to fit that in and catch up on some projects (like more Neeko chapters), but it’s tough. It’s not that the work itself is hard, but since I’m already producing so many stories, I often feel mentally drained at the thought of doing even more. (Still, leaving those older stories unfinished weighs on me mentally more than it should; I keep thinking I ought to be able to complete them at some point.) I really wanted to catch up on some stories; man, the other day I saw a story that hasn't had a new chapter in over four years—even though I actually have scripts ready for more chapters of it... Who knows, maybe the solution is to expand the team...
But it’s not all doom and gloom; I’m back with the Daz stories. As I write this, a page for the new story is being rendered, so we should get back to the usual release schedule for Daz stories—which I know a lot of people enjoy.
So, that’s the message for this month. Thanks again to everyone, and just a reminder that the site password changes today, so check the links below for the new one (or check Patreon, your membership area, or Discord—the password is available in several places). Thanks everyone, and here’s to the coming month being better than the last.
