Skill - September Update!

Hi Folks,

I hope everyone is doing well! Summer is at an end and I am still hard at work on scenes for Dungeon Break VII. It feels like this is taking me forever, but I am very close to finishing scenes!! I hope that within the next 2 weeks I will have completed all of the scenes and will begin working on dialogue and post edits!!

Work on dialogue always takes a long time as well, but not as much time as creating the scenes and all the character alterations. If I had to give it a number I would say I'm about 60% complete in terms of time needed before release. I will keep doing my best and I appreciate everyone's support and patience. Once I start Terra Preta I'm going to try and keep my chapters between 250-400 pages, so I can release things more often (hopefully). Since this is still just something I do during my free time I can never promise anything 100%, but to be honest even if this was my full time gig things probably wouldn't speed up all that much. It would just result in less stress for me and more time to spend on creative ideation and plot design for my stories.

I released some renders with Collar-chan this last week and some new renders with Selen today. I also added a new animation with Luna and a Corrupted Werewolf in the animations folder.

I have decided to release Selen for everyone who supports me a week early and next week I will post her for free through my Pixiv. I can't guarantee the character will load or work right because everyone's game is set-up differently and you may be missing certain mods. I have gotten a lot of requests to release my characters, but as anyone who has been around for a while knows.. I don't have a lot of confidence in my character cards and they are used for posing in studio and not the main game. Selen's eyes, skirt and other things work best in studio where you can adjust blendshapes and pose IK nodes.

I REALLY love this character and I've done my best over time to refine her look and get her as accurate as I can to the comic version. She has several outfits included and I hope you will enjoy using her. Now that the comic is over.. it's up to us to keep her character alive lol.

Any other mods you are missing should be identified by the game when you load the character and you can find them in the mods channel on the KK discord server. There are certain outfits and mods I cannot release for her because they are private mods and the user rights were never made particularly clear when I commissioned them. There may come a point when I can release Selen's corrupted outfit, but I'll have to talk with Maruku first.

Her character card is located in the Animations and Renders Folder under "Characters".

Thanks again everyone for following along and for caring about my work. I might not be the most popular creator, the best, or the most skilled (hehe..) - but I've been reflecting a lot recently on how lucky I am and how grateful I am for all of you and anyone who has taken an interest in my work. It's only because of you that I have stayed motivated and continued to get better over time. I've been slowly and steadily creating content for almost 5 years now and it has gone by surprisingly fast. I'm still young and healthy and plan to continue making things for as long as I can and hopefully continue to get better.
