Back to the futureIf you remember the early days of webcomics, you're probably familiar with RSS. It's what we used to follow the creators we loved in the days before social media. Now that social media has become a disappointing wasteland, many of us are looking back at those old tools with fondness — and an entire generation is discovering them for the first time!
So we're bringing RSS back. Only better!
Spice Rack Comics now has Really Simple Spicy Syndication: one MegaFeed for all 9 member comics, plus an OPML pack that lets you subscribe to everyone at once.
If you've never used RSS before, you're gonna love it. I've got links and complete instructions here.
What you read is up to you — not an algorithm.
And that's not the half of it. If you've been a backer for a while, you know that I tend to go a little wild around October. Well, I've got three more projects planned for Spooky Season that I think you're gonna go bats over. I've already given you a hint about one in last week's newsletter. (One eagle-eyed backer has actually guessed its true meaning.) One of them has become a tradition by now, and the other is a new enterprise that everybody can actively participate in.
Oh, and as I'm writing this, I realized I have a Fourth Thing.
I've gotta stop writing before this gets out of control. Needless to say, if you've been on the fence about joining us on Patreon. this is the perfect time to make the leap.
