Baileywiki - September 2026 Ships Release
infoAbout This Title
September 2026 Ships Release
Avast! And hoist the mainsail! It's Release Day, and we're deploying a large fleet of ships for you. But that's not all, you can now edit and change those ships and even make your own multilevel ships and buildings. Plus new vehicle tech and upgrades to your Baileywiki modules and tools.
The headline news this month: sticky Mass Edit vehicle controls baked into free Mass Edit, and BatlGrid multi-level maps and tiles so you can restyle Gallery ships, build lower decks, and export transparent floor tiles. Then the full Human Ships 2D and 3D drop.

️ New & Updated Tools (all free)
Mass Edit Vehicles
Sticky vehicle control tokens are baked into free Mass Edit with this ships drop. Place a vessel prefab and drive it with vehicle functionality (called out in the release video at about 00:33)

BatlGrid
BatlGrid can now build multi-level maps and tiles. Load a ship or map from the Gallery, spot-edit and extract assets, use transparent deck tiles, restyle with AI, draw walls for a lower deck, generate interiors from your drawings, and place roof tiles. Eye-level helper images, Gallery editing, and Map Versions (night, snow, flood, extra story) are also in this drop.

Better Levels v2: Faux Overhead
Any battlemap can now have working levels. Draw a region over painted overhead art such as a bridge, catwalk, awning, or cave mouth, and tokens underneath disappear without requiring an extracted tile. v2 also brings point-by-point region vertex editing, per-client concealment options, persistent helper-panel state, stronger audit handling, convenient Game Settings links, and a visible-token default that is easier to use.
The v1.8.10 and v1.8.11 updates added an optional Audit issue badge and fixed freezes from Placeables tile thumbnails. A failed scene-control button can no longer break the rest of the toolbar.

MadProps
The Public Gallery supports scene sharing, mass-sharing, and cross-links with BatlGrid maps. The direct Foundry importer skips the ZIP workflow and works across MadProps, BatlGrid, and TurnSheet through the Baileywiki Content Module. The scene-making contest is live, with submissions due September 11, and Gallery submissions can earn credits back.

Baileywiki Content Module
The 2D scene download bug is fixed. The 2D Asset browser now includes Baileywiki audio, and you can import TurnSheet, MadProps, and BatlGrid libraries, including public galleries, from inside Foundry.
️ Landing Page v2
Landing Page v2 is public and free. It includes per-player hover effects, grayscale-until-hover, hover image swaps, label hover, hover and click sounds with 177 built-in choices, pan and zoom lock with Preview mode, and invisible buttons.

This Month's Content
Baileywiki 2D - Human Ships
Standard / Starter receives 10 drop-in whole ships, four multi-level layered ships in Foundry, 40 sails, two Dungeondraft ballistae, 35 Foundry-only decor tiles, and a sailing-ship ocean ambience loop. The Foundry decor includes cannons, flags, cargo, dwarf ship pieces, and more. Foundry Basic / Mass Edit adds 202 tile presets, 78 prefabs, and 10 scenes so you can spawn crew, stack decks, drop complete vessels with sticky vehicle control, and open inventory scenes.
The new Dungeondraft pack is [BW] Base 24 Ships 2026, pack ID Sh1ps246.
Advanced / Supporter 2D
Advanced now groups 2D characters, scenescapes, Landing Page content, and 3D into one supporter bundle. The 2D content includes 14 Human-crew characters with 182 images and token prefabs for all 14, available in Foundry only. It also includes three scenescapes, Junkboat Traders, Pirate Ship Deck, and Lower Decks Hold, plus the Fiery Sunset Over Mountain Lake MadProps showcase Landing Page.
3D Docks is also in the Advanced 2D offering. It is a 2D top-down scene generated from a 3D view, not a 3D scene.
Baileywiki 3D - Human Ships
The 3D offering is part of Advanced / Supporter and includes 14 animated ship crew, including the parrot. Eight boats and ships cover a brigantine, freighter, sloop, Viking boat, rowboat, dinghy, parked boat, and skeleton boat.
This month also includes seven 3D scenes. 00 - Inventory holds the new props and characters. Pirate Lair - Entrance provides a compact hidden-cove approach, while Pirate Lair - The Pirate King is a volcanic island stronghold. Miniature Ports supports small-scale naval encounters. Sea Fort provides a fortified island base, Skull Island can shift from tropical pirates to frozen wilderness, and Seabank offers a coastal location for smuggling, shipwreck, or investigation stories.
The Human Airship 01a is being held for the next release.
