According to the Non-Aggression Pact, this land belongs to the Norseunionen. The Norseunionen and the vampires shall not attack one another, and Empress Ingrid of the Unionen must be respected.
Each time Lilith wakes, she listens to her descendants’ reports; she then either falls asleep again or travels around. Although she is the queen of all vampires, she cares little for governing or authority, preferring to leave the territory to her beloved descendants. Owing to the influence of the prevailing westerlies, the region is fairly arid apart from the coastal areas and those along the great river. The coastal tribes entered into trade with the Eastern Continent, Ostempire, the United Furry Sandia, and Raland at an early date. The Archon of the league is Zaynab.
With the fall of Raland and Ostempire, Zaynab sought, through lobbying and administrative measures, to persuade the great merchants to contribute funds for
resistance against a possible goblin invasion and even for aid to neighbouring countries. This incurred the displeasure of several great families, who are now joining forces to plot her downfall.
