About This Title
Are you ready to unpack Remedy's ambitious Control Resonant with The Deepest Dive! You all voted for it, so we're breaking the game up into three sections for a game club with Ben Hanson, Jacob Geller, Haley MacLean, and Leo Vader. If you're intrigued, we encourage you to play the game along with us and submit comments here on Patreon for us to read during our discussions. We have a different crew sharing early thoughts on the game on this week's episode of The MinnMax Show, which is releasing Friday morning.
The game is releasing digitally on September 24th on Steam, PS5, and Xbox. Remedy graciously just posted a video recapping the story of the first Control for you as well. All schedules are in flux, but the plan is to record our discussions on Monday September 28th, October 5th, and October 19th. We'll be collecting your comments in Patreon posts the weekend before we record.
The first stopping point for the first discussion is when you hit the simultaenous missions "Power Missions" and "Into the Sinkhole", right after you complete the main story mission called Arish's Briefing. This is roughly 2-4 hour into the game, we encourage you to engage with as many side activities as possible.
As always thanks for supporting MinnMax on Patreon and making The Deepest Dive possible, we look forward to experiencing the big, new game with you! Let us know if you have any questions about The Deepest Dive format in the comments.
