Lorraine seems to have forgotten all about her "Sven" toy and is now pretty lost in thought while using the "Trevor" toy instead.
I felt like Lorraine wouldn't be able to resist going backdoor with Trevor, which led to a very natural moment of Lorraine (even in her fantasy) wanting to help Patty (and Trevor) explore new things.
I was a little worried I may have gone a bit overboard with the expression of Trevor's surprise in the second panel, but in the end I decided to keep it. It may be a bit too exaggerated and slightly cartoony, but I feel like Trevor would be pretty shocked in that moment.
