Yes, this is a little different.

I don't usually make OCs here since most of what I post is commission work, but I've apparently developed a need for a ridiculously overcomplicated bureaucratic hyena.

Meet Pameijer. Weird name, I know right? The hell does it even mean? Anyway.

She's a character I'm going to be experimenting with from time to time. Think of her as a personification of bureaucracy, paperwork, and the uniquely surreal experience of trying to get a straight answer out of an institution.

Anyway, she exists now. I don't make the rules.

Pameijer is rarely in a hurry. She prefers to observe problems from a comfortable distance while carefully considering whether they might become someone else's responsibility. Very hyena like indeed.

She is particularly fond of phrases such as “we are looking into it,” “you will have to wait,” and “that's not something I can help you with.”

Despite her extraordinary knowledge of procedure, she has a remarkable inability to locate any document once someone asks her to produce it. Especially, if it makes her look dumb (it usually does)

Approach with caution. Do not be fooled by the hyena's devious smile!

Also do not allow her near a filing cabinet.
