About This Title
Patreon are forcing ALL creators to switch from “per creation” to “monthly” billing on Patreon before November 2026. If you're a member of other creators Patreon pages, you've probably seen this change already. Thankfully, it does have some benefits.
TL:DR: You will now only be charged once a month instead of per post. Why are Patreon doing this?TL:DR: Apple is forcing Patreon to make all creators switch to subscription billing because it’s the only method of billing on iOS apps. To keep the Patreon iOS app available on the App Store, all creators must switch.
Why this is actually a good thing for members?:From October 5th you will have a consistent fixed ONCE A MONTH price for your membership tier, no increase based on the number of posts I make each month.
This makes it easier for you to pick a tier, and know exactly how much you’re spending. What you see on the tier card is what you pay just once per month.
Your membership will be automatically converted from a “per creation” amount to a “monthly” amount, and you’ll remain on the same tier and receive the same benefits! Below are the new monthly tier prices:
Peachy Patron - $6 per month
True Peachy Supporter - $8 per month
Passionate Peachy Supporter - $15 per month
Premium Peachy Supporter - $29 per month
DELUXE Peachy Supporter! - $58 per month
This should be the same price or less than you usually pay per month in total!
I usually post 2-3 times a month! So you are not being charged more!This also means I can put out MORE wip previews/updates/posts for patrons without extra charges or people being locked out of the Patreon until I post "paid posts", which was a constant issue before.
Patreon says: If you would like to make changes to your membership, it’s easy to modify the amount of membership within this tier or to switch to another one. Below are guides to help you do this:
Increasing your payment amount
Patreon even says it will honor members with existing spending limits. They will only be charged up to their set amount.
TL:DR?
- One FIXED membership price per month!
- You will no longer be charged per creation.
- I post 2-3 times a month, but you will only be charged once.
Phew, well that’s all of the boring/stressful Patreon subscription talk out of the way! I hate dealing with all of this stuff I just wanna draw naughty fun art!
They’ve been emailing us about it for a while now and it’s been hard to simplify all of the info, but hopefully I broke it all down well. Thanks for your understanding as Patreon makes this change. I wanted to inform you asap to provide plenty of time to make any adjustments before this takes effect on Oct 5th.
