A few important updates to the FIA app and Mechanical Failures app again.FIA App v3.4.0:
Bug Fix - Safety Car crashing leaving pit lane.
Bug Fix - Safety Car ending prematurely.
Bug Fix - Sometimes AI would ignore throttle limits under VSC & SC conditions (still a couple rare cases but minor.)
Bug Fix - Some cases of crashing on start-up fixed.
Misc. better logging.
Safety Car releases from pit box at more appropriate point.
Mechanical Failures App v4.2.0:
Player Retirements now fully handled - If player stops off track for a few seconds after suffering a failure, they're sent to pits and can then re-join the race.
New Setup UI to see when failures will occur. (Hide-able by a button)
Misc. suspension failures tweaking.
Removed wing failures from AI as they are unreliable.
Bug Fix - AI how retired stuck on grid after session restart fixed.
Bug Fix - Crashing on start-up fixed.
