I feel like I’ve gotten a lot and also not enough work done these last few weeks! I’ve been just so tired, and the fact that I always get a little sick when the seasons change doesn’t help.
I’ve been recording as much of Big Bad Dogs as I can manage every few days and it has been BREAKING me! No ill will to the developer but these chapters are so LONG and 90% of it (Lane’s route) has just been standing around and talking in a single room! I’ve now done 4 recording sessions totaling 7 HOURS now! 7 HOURS! And 4 of those hours was just trying to get the work key that you need to open the convenience store from LANE!
This chapter has single handedly made me DESPISE Lane! He is so well written that he perfectly sounds like the most annoying MAN you’ve ever heard on a dude-bro podcast! Like I KNOW there’s something deeper but those glimmers of empathy aren’t enough to stop me from throwing a PLANET at him!
And I KNOW BB is not innocent and in fact probably physically violent, but at this point I considered immediately dropping Lane and going to BB’S route!
AND I’M NOT EVEN DONE! I’m not even finished Lane’s route yet! I can honestly say that this fictional man has trolled me into being actually mad!
Headache aside, I quickly recorded a few shorter games since it will take me a lifetime to EDIT this 7+ hours of footage! I picked a few games from the last O2A2 game jam from a few months ago. They are “turned on” “the EX-orcism” and “Envelope my love”.
I also need to edit more of ENDACOPIA (so you can see me and my hubby’s favorite part of the game)!
But the game I’m very excited to show you, that will probably be done by tomorrow or at least very soon, is called “Necrotic Attraction”! I saw a bit of it on Tiktok and instantly fell in love with the art style! It’s a demo so it was only about half an hour of game but whoo boy, I think I’m in LOVE. Don’t get me wrong this guy is CRAZY, but he’s very charming. I think you all will like it a lot!
When I find a cool yandere game I’m always so excited to share it with all of you! I’m so thankful that I basically have a “job” doing something that makes people happy and feel at ease. Sorry I’ve been slow in reading comments but I do want to hear what everyone has to say because I truly appreciate you spending your time with me!
