If you've already checked out the new Joyce/Dorothy Slipshine story, then this panel will look pretty familiar! As this Patreon has explored previously, sometimes I grab stuff from my hard drive that I've already drawn when I get to assembling a comic book-style narrative of the Doings It. Why reinvent the wheel when you've already got some good drawings sitting around?
Also, sometimes when you pencil something, it gets in your head that "this is how it happened" and well sometimes you gotta make sure that actually happened. ...Canonizing your own fanart, sorta.
Anyway, these pencils are as far as I got drawing this before it got properly inked and colored for the Slipshine itself.
