About This Title
Kia ora Patrons!
A quick message to let you know I just published a short cut of our Visit New Zealand HGA to support our friends in Aotearoa who are heading into a crucial election on Sat 7 November.
We published the video on Instagram/FB (where it hit over 1 million views in just one day). The video is also up on Youtube, Tiktok and Bluesky. And even LinkedIn (where folks have asked us to publish our HGAs since they are shared quite widely on that platform, apparently)
If you're looking for the extended version, you can find it here. And if you know any Kiwis: remind them to register to vote (and to check/update their enrolment) at this link: https://vote.nz Registrations close 25 October
In other news!
Our next HGA is in the works and will be out mid October-ish.I was hoping to have had it out by now, but we had to move into a new rental in September, so the last couple of weeks have kept us busy packing, moving, unpacking etc. But we're back in production mode now, so expect a new video shortly! When I get a chance, I plan to make a video about our experience in moving our lives and work to the south-west corner of WA in 2026. (For those of you who have joined us here on Patreon recently: last January we relocated to Western Australia, the mining colony ruled over by Woodside, Gina and Twiggy, with help from the WA Government—which helpfully dictates many of our federal climate and environment policies. We thought we should head to the frontlines! But we also wanted to bring our kids closer to Lucy's family, the ocean and the forests—while we still have them).
It's been a challenge moving our little family and the Juice Media to a new town. But a warm and welcoming community here made it possible for us to keep producing videos all year. We've literally been filming the HGAs in some very kind peoples' living rooms. And we've met some legends and learned some valuable lessons along the way. (But that's a story for another day)I'll catch you soon with our next HGA! Until then, take careGiordano
