Sims can also transition into a different s*x:
Transitioned Male (Male or Female Sim with a Penis and no Breasts, no Vagina)
Transitioned Bustyboy (Male with Penis and Breasts)
Transitioned Cuntboy (Male with Vagina and no Breasts, can have a Penis)
Transitioned Female (Male or Female with Vagina and Breasts, no Penis)
Transitioned Futanari (Female with Penis and Vagina, can have Breasts)
Transitioned Dickgirl (Female with Penis and Breasts, no Vagina)
Sims can visit the Body Enhancement surgeon to change their s*xual organs.
Sims can add/remove a penis to their body
There is a chance the penis added is fully functional, meaning it can get erect, can produce cum, and can get other Sims pregnant.
Sims can add/remove a vagina to their body
There is a chance the vagina added is fully function, meaning the Sim gets a menstrual cycle and can get pregnant.
Sims can add/remove their Breasts
A Sim that removes their breasts show visible mastectomy scars on their chests.
Every Sim is assigned a Biological S*x upon loading into the game.
This biological s*x will always stay with a Sim regardless of their s*xual organ changes.
When a Sim changes their s*xual organs through the Body Enhancement surgeon, they will gain a Transitioned trait matching their new visual appearance.
Integration with the existing S*x Classification Types that were already present, so Sims can have different romantic attractions depending on who they are interacting with.
