開始当初、被験者はレギュレーターによる嘔吐反射（ゲーミング）を繰り返した。喉の痙攣、過剰な唾液分泌、そしてマウスピースを押し出そうとする舌の動きが確認された。呼吸は不規則で、呼気のたびに密閉部から細かい気泡が漏れ出した。体側にあった両手は、嘔吐反射の間も相手の腰に置かれたままであり、相手を押し退けるためではなく、体を支えるために使われていた。

Subject was mounted in cowgirl position over the observed individual. Both arms were down beside her body. No wrist restraints are visible. Close proximity allowed simultaneous recording of the regulator in her mouth and the point of penetration.
At the start she gagged repeatedly on the regulator. Throat spasms, excess saliva, and tongue pressure attempting to push the mouthpiece out were all visible. Breathing was irregular; fine bubbles leaked around the seal with every exhale. The hands at her sides stayed on the waist through the gagging and were used as a brace, not as a push-away.
At approximately 1:12, early nitrogen narcosis: dilated pupils, hip motion shifting from deliberate to rhythmic. The gag reflex remained, but head-turning refusal decreased. Grip on the waist began serving the ride rather than resistance.
2:08 — first climax. Pelvic convulsions recorded; bite force on the regulator spiked, then collapsed. Hypercapnia-induced euphoria was already present — glassy eyes, low moans transmitted through the throat, resistance gone.
3:21 — second climax. Subject began sinking her hips on her own, tongue working the mouthpiece even while still gagging around it. Both hands were still on the my waist; the fingers tightened inward with each drop.
