About This Title
The vision of Mufasa rebukes him, declaring that saving the kingdom must come before saving a single cub. Scar desperately insists the little lion will change him into a true king like Mufasa himself.
In that moment he understands: the voice is not a true ghost, but the voice from within his own heart.
The inner Mufasa condemns him for killing his mother, father, brother, and Simba, declaring that one trapped in darkness will never see the light again—and that no salvation remains for him.
