ziglo mods - StripTease2 v1.5 - Timeline support!
About This Title
StripTease 2 is now fully Timeline compatible!Record the clothes moving, then play it back.
Move keyframes, copy them... even edit and update them.
How it Works:Go to the new "Time" tab, and press "Record Deformation".When your next Grab action starts, StripTease2 will start putting keyframes into your Timeline at 8fps. It continues until you press the "Stop Recording" button back in the UI.
Edit and Update KeyframesYou can edit and work with those keyframes however you want. Move them, delete some of them, change the interpolation curve, etc.But the more important thing is that you can update them.Select a single keyframe, make whatever change you want to the clothes, and hit "Update Keyframe". It's great for fixing that one little lhing that went wrong in your recording.
NOTE: If you want to distribute a scene with this Timeline data, the user will need either StripTease2 or StripTease2 Lite installed to see it.
StripTease2 Lite was made specifically so that anyone can load and view anything made with StripTease2, even if they don't want to buy the actual plugin.
Other ImprovementsThe process of making this work with Timeline led to a few other big improvements. Some are in this version, some are coming in the next.
Repaint WeightsThe biggest improvement was to the weight repainting.
Previously the Repaint Weight function was... ok.
Now, it's really good. Nothing will ever be perfect, but it's really good. You will notice the difference.
Delete Geometry ToolYou now have an extra tool in the Sculpt tab! This tool lets delete (or undelete) geometry on the clothing mesh. This is especially helpful for times when the "Delete Inside Flaps" function from the Setup tab left you with some jagged edges.
More On The Way...New Cloth simulation: All I'm gonna tell you right now is that this is gonna blow your mind when you see it.
Dynamic Movement Collision: The main limitation to the current version is that while the body can move during an animation, and the clothes can move with the body, the body collision is still static from where you Inited the mesh.
In most cases, this doesn't make a big difference. But I am working on a solution for that, which I believe will work. (please send me your good energies )
Accessories: The next version will allow you to work with accessories, not just clothes
