About This Title
"Незаконное использование впна подразумевает заточение на 10 лет"
A few months inside heavy duty government supplied tights to think about your actions is a small price to pay...
Decided to challenge myself to see if I could get a sketch done in a single evening without it creeping over into tomorrow. This render is a character I've been meaning to do for a while but haven't found an excuse to do.
For those unfamiliar the character is RKN-Chan, the human anime mascot of the russian Roskomnadzor organization responsible for the monitoring and moderation of Russian Mass Media...
This artwork isn't intended to be a political message I just find the design hot.
Full image in the Discord and on the Archive as usual.
