Hello, this is a rare Wednesday night post. I recently "discovered" (it was in the NovelAI documentation the entire time) a way to get the benefit of v5 prompting with more control over the composition while mostly keeping the existing style. It involves generating a base image in a generic style using v5, then applying the style I've been using in v4.5 over it using the image2image feature. This should let me experiment more with compositions I've been unable to try before such as good wide angle/full body shots.
I have some examples of the base image and final image which hopefully closely matches the existing style. I actually like the generic style too, so I have a hard time judging if the result is better. Let me know if you have any thoughts. Also, would you want me to include the generic style images in the archive (assuming I use this method going forward) so you can have those as well?
