Lee Joo-Hee was enjoying the autumn scenery when she heard footsteps approaching. She turned and found Sung Jin-Woo standing beneath the golden trees. “Jin-Woo? What are you doing here?” she asked, pleasantly surprised. “I thought you might enjoy some company,” he replied with a gentle smile. Joo-Hee blushed and adjusted her cozy coat. “You didn't have to come all this way just to see me…” she murmured.
“Maybe I wanted to,” Jin-Woo answered, stepping closer. She laughed softly and offered him a place beside her on the bench. For a while, they talked about peaceful days and adventures they'd never had time to enjoy. Joo-Hee looked into his eyes, her usual shyness giving way to a warm smile. “I'm really glad you're here,” she whispered before leaning in for a tender kiss. They stayed close beneath the autumn canopy, sharing quiet affection as the afternoon faded. And for once, neither of them wanted to rush back into the world of hunters and dungeons.
