JellyPaws - Realistic School: Field Trips & School Events

Update v0.6.0

This update adds more variety to the school week, with new activities for children and teens during their normal school day.

Science fairs

Spelling bees

Talent shows

Each event includes two choices, with outcomes influenced by your Sim’s skills, preparation and decisions. Studying relevant subjects beforehand can improve their results.

Parents or guardians receive a school message to approve participation. Most events are free; museum visits cost §25, with financial assistance available.

Participation is optional. Declining an event won’t lower grades.

Events can provide small grade boosts, affect self-esteem and build friendships with classmates. Students can also discover interests, which appear alongside recent event results in their school report.

Events happen roughly once per Sim school week by default. Open School Events in the mod’s menu to manage permission, check upcoming events and adjust the frequency—or turn events off.

Replace your older Realistic School package and script with both matching v0.6.0 files, then restart your game. Keep your existing mod data.
