SimplySnaps - Monday Morning Update: 10/5/2026
About This Title
Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood morning, everyone! It is Monday, October 19th at 7am CDT. I post at this time because it's the exact moment my shift begins each week, and I guess I like to have some notifications to smile at as another crushing week of wage labor begins!
The first order of business is It's Snappy!, which should be launching this week! I have the first Supercut fully edited by yours truly, available to paid members as we speak! In addition to that, I have five more Supercuts in different stages of development. The Deltarune cut is nearly complete, and the Big the Cat cut has a finished thumbnail!
Once It's Snappy! is up and running, I will focus primarily on scripted SimplySnaps content going forward and allowing kdsketch to focus on the supercuts for the foreseeable future! You guys are really gonna love her editing, she's got a great voice for visual and sound effects comedy!
In other news, I have a modded GameCube now, which lets me use the Gameboy Player to play Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy Advance games in the highest possible quality on original hardware!
I have a lot of really exciting plans for this! I've never seen Gameboy look this good. It's Emulator quality, from the real original cartridges and hardware! Take a look! This is a real black and white original Gameboy cartridge of Kirby's Dreamland, and it's simply never looked better!
As for my next scripted video, it's going to be a deep dive into Early Hyrule Castle for Twilight Princess. Specifically why it has not happened in 20 years. Unlike most videos, this one actually (intimidatingly) has a planned release date of November 19th, which is the 20th Anniversary of Twilight Princess! Peep the thumbnail WIP!
I also plan on streaming a lot the week Ocarina of Time 2026 releases! I plan to stream that Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the very least, with the remake releasing on Thursday, November 5th! There will be an exclusive event badge for the 5th specifically, not a long event like Deltarune's. Be there!
That's all I have to say for now! I hope you're all having a good Monday morning, and I will see you next week with a status report!
