About This Title
Hello darlings!I hope all is well for you guys <3
I want to address something about August edition of my mail club (Tomato Fox). A lot of you guys have been messaging me about never getting this mail, despite me sending it out a long time ago...so what happened? Honestly, I have no clue Unfortunately the postal service is less than perfect and mail gets lost. I suspect it either gets destroyed by the machines, dropped somewhere by accident or missdelivered and forgotten about haha...
Lost mail is something that every single mail club has to deal with, every letter gets sent out with just a simple stamp and the address, so there is no actual way to track these letters (not to mention I had tracked orders being lost too lol). I do always make sure that the addresses are clear and envelopes are carefully and safely packaged, but often that is not enough! For some reason August/September has been ESPECIALLY bad for lost mail, omg. I did talk to other creators as well and they told me they had the same issue :(
One thing I want to say is, I will always re-ship you letter if it gets lost!
Please, reach out to me if you have any problem - either on patreon, email or instagram dm. Everyone who has messaged me about August edition of the mail club already had their mail reshipped <3
Lastly, I want to say - this mail club is my pride and joy! I really do put my heart, soul and time into it. I want everything to be perfect and I want everyone to be happy, but... not getting mail that you paid for is very frustrating. Believe me, I know - it is frustrating to me as well, especially because this is something I have absolutely zero control over . There was a few days when I woke up everyday to a few messages about missing mail, which made me quite stressed. I did have a few people tell me they need to unfortunately unsubscribe due to not getting mail, and I get that! All I want to say is, I am just one person - not a company or a big business. All I can really do is, to continue doing my best and resend any missing mail. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding tho <3
Anyway! Focusing on more fun stuff now :D
I have been working hard on preparing everything for ferret mail! take a peak at the behind the scenes:
And that's about it! I am still waiting for art print delivery and still need to print all the letters. Everything should be ready and the shipping date is hopefully October 30th!
