However, even if you already have great control, this lesson may still prove challenging at first. It will take some time to really get the hang of this, so don't be discouraged if you need to come back to this a few times, I actually strongly recommend it Today, we are learning a new pleasure mapping technique called 'The Rolling Wave'. You will learn how to perform a rolling contraction from your Base, into your Center. This is a great pleasure mapping method. Be on the lookout for any tingles, spasms, twitches, or any other pleasure that may arise from these. But don't be disheartened if you don't have those yet. We are meticulously mapping out the pathway to allow this pleasure. Once you successfully get the hang of this technique, you may find that tingles of pleasure or involuntary contractions begin happening in this same rolling wave, completely out of the blue, outside of sessions. This is the goal. We are mapping out the first tracks for pleasure to flow through, to awaken your system. Once you begin to feel those tingles, there's no going back, and you'll be on the trajectory towards unimaginable ecstasy
