About This Title
Hi Experts! This is the Moldering Ruins (35x35), the remains of a farmhouse that is now the home to many interestingly glowing mushrooms. And, in fact, they glow even more in your Haunted variant! Now, I wouldn't say that this is a 'true' Haunted variant as it isn't really a clear match with the old Haunted series of maps I made a few years back, but it's close enough that I'm sticking with it.
Really though, I primarily wanted to make a color-swap of this map that helped further emphasize the glowing mushrooms, with contrasting grass colors and maximalist glowing effects on the shrooms themselves- just to make sure your players can't possibly miss these nasty things budding all over this overgrown shack. But if that's a little overt for you, the other variant, Blighted, takes a much more subtle approach while making the whole map feel gross. Fun! I hope you enjoy them!
