About This Title
There was a problem on Patreon's end with subscriptions at the end of September, beginning of October. Pledges were not updating some players' lifetime support numbers, if you've made a recent Patreon pledge and the NEP hasn't yet arrived, your pledge may be stuck in limbo on Patreon's side of things. However, rest assured that the pledge is not lost - it needs more time to process than usual.
How to Solve this Problem:For now, if your NEP delivery is at least several days overdue (usual wait times still apply, so don't bother trying this right away), please cancel and then renew your subscription at the same tier (or just renew if you canceled right after pledging). You won't be charged anything for this. Amount due today should show as zero. (If you pay with a currency other than USD, you may see a slight amount due today, since exchange rates change over time.) This will force the Patreon database to update and trigger the delivery of your NEP.Attached image is Mina's ID photo.
