Hey everyone!
It’s time for Devlog #4, and we finally have a release date to share!
It’s been a long road updating the remaining sprites and CGs to match EroScheme’s new art style, but we’re just about done. The story is now far enough along that we’re finally ready to set a date for the Alpha release:
EroScheme’s Alpha will release on January 1st, 2027!
TL;DRAlpha release: January 1st, 2027.
The remaining sprite and CG updates are nearly finished.
We’ll be using AI to help speed up the remaining sprite changes, with heavy editing by me and the team to keep the art consistent.
All sex scenes will always be made from scratch by our own human hands.
We’ll also be launching a new, currently unnamed project in January!

The Art Update Is Almost Finished!Bringing the older sprites and CGs into the game’s new style has been a lot of work. It’s taken time to get everything looking consistent, but we’re getting close to finishing this round of updates.
Here are a few low-res examples of the updated sprites:
The above sprites and their expression variations are still being worked on one-by-one. I’m looking forward to having these changes in your hands when Alpha releases!
An Update on AI UseIn the previous devlog, I talked about wanting to move away from AI-generated images as much as possible. I want to be upfront about a change to that plan for the sprite updates.
With the amount of work involved and how quickly we’d like to finish the remaining changes, we’ll be using AI to help speed up the process. These sprites will be heavily edited by me and the rest of the team to keep them consistent with the game’s art style.
All sex scenes will always be made from scratch by our own human hands.
I know this is a change from what I discussed last time, so I wanted to explain how we’ll be approaching the work going forward.
A New Project Coming in January!EroScheme’s Alpha isn’t the only thing we have planned for January. We’ll also be launching a new project!
It’s still unnamed for now, but here’s a little preview:
