Long time no see, right?

I know, I know! First off, I want to wholeheartedly apologize for being gone and so quiet for such a long time. I know it's been a while since my last proper update, so I wanted to finally check in, share some progress, and explain what's been going on behind the scenes.

First things first — His Favorite Boy OVA!

What you're seeing here are some VERY rough drafts of scenes I've been working on for the upcoming His Favorite Boy OVA!

And when I say rough, I mean ROUGH, haha. These are nowhere near finished, and plenty of things are still subject to change, including clothing, positioning, and other details. There aren't any proper facial expressions, finalized details, or backgrounds yet.

I basically just recorded these to give you guys a little sneak peek at what I've been working on so far!

Now, about my disappearance...

After releasing Late Night Delivery, I took about a month off, as I normally do after finishing a big project. Then August rolled around, which also happens to be my birthday month.

I did manage to get some work done here and there, but I was constantly caught up with things going on in my personal life.

Some of you might remember me mentioning that the rest of the year was going to be pretty hectic for me. Well, that's because I ended up moving into a new house all the way across the country!

And let me tell you, the entire process was a LOT more stressful and complicated than I had anticipated.

For starters, my computer, which I had shipped to my new address, actually went MISSING in transit for almost an entire month.

As you can imagine, that was an absolute nightmare for me, especially since my PC contains practically all of my work and projects. I genuinely had no idea if I was ever going to get it back. Thankfully, it was eventually located and returned to me.

But of course, that wasn't the end of it.

Because my new place is in a more rural area, getting internet service installed turned into another huge ordeal. I ended up going almost three weeks without proper internet access, and to make matters worse, my mobile reception was absolutely terrible.

So between my missing PC, the moving process, and having practically no internet or mobile data, I was essentially cut off from everything for quite a while.

It was just an incredibly stressful and messy period, and unfortunately, it made getting any meaningful work done pretty much impossible.

I want to apologize for not communicating any of this sooner, especially to those of you who may have reached out and never received a response.

With everything being so uncertain at the time, I genuinely didn't know when things would be resolved or when I'd be able to return to work properly. I didn't want to make promises or give you guys a timeline that I couldn't confidently follow through on.

Looking back, I realize I still could have communicated that uncertainty better, and I'm sorry for leaving everyone in the dark.

However, I've finally settled into my new home, my computer is back, my internet is working, and things are starting to feel normal again!

Most importantly, I've been able to get back to animating and making progress on His Favorite Boy OVA.My progress was pushed back a lot more than I anticipated so I'm trying my best to get something done soon! With this current HFB OVA, my intital plan was to release a full video including Ray/Junior/Noah. However, I'm most likely going to split it into two parts - with part one being just Junior/Ray, then Part 2 with all three characters. Part One will probably be shorter than Part Two. I'm hoping to finish part one by the end of November! Sorry for worrying anyone or offending anyone who tried to reach out! Rest assured, I'm back in action baby! Thank you to all of you who continue to love and support my work. I'll try to post some new updates soon as I continue to work on this project!- hyungry
