Thank you for your interest in my "chibi" style flexi keychain designs! To make sure everything is completely clear before you subscribe, here are the essential details regarding how releases, files, licenses, and intellectual property work:

Franchise Intellectual Property: I do not hold any license, trademark, or intellectual property (IP) rights over the characters or fictional universes that inspire some of these models (they are fan-art creations).

Physical Commercial Rights: The commercial selling rights granted through the Merchant Pro tier apply strictly to my own intellectual property—specifically the original 3D modeling, technical slicing, and articulated flexi structure that I have designed. As an independent seller, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your physical sales comply with the rights holders of the respective franchises.

Each active membership grants you access to two months of files:

Current month: This is the active month during which new flexi models are created and released progressively.

Previous month: This corresponds to the complete pack from the latest completed releases (for example, if you subscribe in November, the included previous month is indeed October, not September). You never start empty-handed upon joining!

Release Schedule & Creative Cycle

I aim to release at least 2 models per week (sometimes even more!). As the Patreon grows, I will be able to dedicate even more time to creating new designs for you! :)

The release cycle works like this:

Fan Tier (Personal Use):

Access to current month's STL models + previous month's pack.

Strictly personal license: Selling physical 3D prints, as well as sharing or reselling digital STL files, is strictly prohibited.

Merchant Pro Tier (Commercial License):

Full access to current month's STL models + previous month's pack.

Permanent 50% discount on my Cults3D store to easily expand your catalog.

Commercial License: Official authorization to sell physical 3D prints based on my 3D files for as long as your membership remains active.

Seller Registration: Official registration as an authorized Nolyden seller.

Reminder: Reselling or sharing digital files is strictly forbidden.

Billing & No Commitment: Your first payment occurs on the day you join. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time directly through your account settings.

For Commercial Sellers: If you cancel your Merchant Pro subscription, your commercial rights to sell physical prints will end on the expiration date of your paid period.
