Anyway, I just want to use this post to yap about some stuff that I've been thinking about! ( • ̀ω•́ )✧( • ̀ω•́ )✧( • ̀ω•́ )✧

Current Project Cycle / Project Timeline for 2026

Here's an updated timeline for the current project cycle. We should be halfway through when Kachina's animation is released later this month.

Btw, Iet me know how you guys feel about this type of project planning where I announced several projects in advance

I feel like it might help some of you plan when to join paid tiers or when to join free tier since you can know roughly when projects that interest you will come around.

But treat it more as a rough idea of the project sequence, since I cannot give you exact time & date for each of them. Admittedly, I do move something around + add things but I'll try not to do too much of that

After I'm done with all the planned projects, I'll do a few personal projects that I've been wanting to do before I begin a new cycle ( •̯́ ^ •̯̀)

Quick Kachina Animation Update

I just began working on Kachina's animation. The Kachina model only worked on newer versions of Blender so I have to re-learn a lot of stuff lol.

Like I said before, I'm will be a bit busy in the upcoming weeks with irl stuff. Still, I will try to finish it within January. I will post a sneak peek + more detailed update for the animation maybe around 10th - 15th Jan.

Futanari Projects

Initially I was going to do Rosaria Futa x Dahlia after Ayaka & Yoimiya futa. I've decided to let you guys vote for the Futa x Male pairing that you'd like to see instead.

So yes, a new Futa x Male poll is coming next month (should be while I'm working on Ayaka & Yoi futa project)

Personally I prefer Futa x Male, but I can see that many of you like the other options more. So maybe , I can do 2 futa projects each time:

- Futa x Futa or Futa x Female

- Futa x Male

Other Projects + Afterward

I've shown interests in creating some projects that aren't mentioned in the timeline of the current cycle before, such as Alice & Klee, and Columbina vanilla. Yes, I am still very interested in creating those project but I need to control myself and stop adding more and more projects into the current cycle.

So I won't be adding any new projects. Right now I'll focus on going through the ones listed on the timeline above first. Assuming 1 month = 1 project, I expect the finish the last planned one, Non-MC ship project, around July. Afterward I'll use a few months to do some personal projects that I mentioned like Xingqiu x Yelan and Yanqing x Jingliu & Yunli.

The project slots in the timeline are meant to bring some structure to my somewhat chaotic mind. Without them, I tend to keep coming up with new ideas and end up not finishing anything. In the future, I’ll be more careful when planning new cycles: I’ll aim to create a more stable timeline at the start of each cycle and avoid adding new projects midway through.

Q: What about the Discord server?

A: Sorry but I don't think I will be making one after all. I don't think I can do a good job at moderating it and I don't want to ask other people to moderate it for me. If you guys want to interact, feel free to DM me on Pixiv or leave a comment on Fanbox / UniFans. I always try to read all of them. I closed my Twitter DM tho because I got a lot of spams.

Q: Why not focus on just doing only vanilla / cute & funny / futa projects? It's like you do everything

A: I get bored easily lol. If I do only vanilla, I get bored of it. Same apply for other stuff. That's why I constantly shift between them.

Q: Commission & Requests?

A: I don't accept commission or requests. You can discuss your ideas with me or give me suggestions if you'd like but I can't guarantee 100% if or how I will use them.

Q: Any old projects getting a remake?

A: I'd like to redo Dehya & Candace futa x the Traveler twin. Also Scara x Ei is one of my fav project that's pretty old. Yun Jin Solo Futa Livestream also. If I have the time I want to recreate them + add more contents.

That's all the update that I can think of right now. I hope 2026 will treat every one of us better than 2025 did (coping hard).
