Greetings, my new year patrons!

And before we know it, the first month of 2026 has passed. I feel conflicted about this new year boosted period. On the other hand, I feel like I am more active than last year. I feel more confident in the new direction I am trying to achieve. On the other hand, problems seem to rise as soon as the year start (nothing unsolvable though, it just need a little bit more time.)

Admittedly, there was a problem on the VA job for the project. I tried to stepping out of my boundary to find a VA that fitting for the project, and it was not working out. In case you are wonder, no it was not my usual VAs. I decided not to commission OpaluVA with this one because she already voiced Anila, and the two characters has to joined the same scene later so I was looking for another diverse voice talent. A little dishearten unfortunate failed New year stepping out of boundary attempt, but let's move on.

That being said, I decided to give the project a chance to be polished more while another voice work is going under the process. I feel like I can give it a bit of grinding before the next release.

I thought this project would be much smaller than it was. But yes, this is starting to coming together as I expected (and it took me much more effort for this being my first time too lol). All in all, this project meant to depart from my other projects for some degree. It will be less of an animated one CG, and more of a complete scene from more perspectives and angles. I feel it's not perfect yet, but I will try my best to work it out.

There are still two scenes of this project that is still work in progress which will give a more completed view. The more zoomed out view to let the viewer see what happened in the big picture is coming.

One thing that I wanted to point out is the intentionally making this into a "Square" project. Some of the scenes will not be in square aspect. But by using square shaped frame, I have a better idea how to combine something like vertical and horizontal scene together.

Other updates.

• I was underestimated the "after new year" period. People (especially in working age) are more and more celebrating their new year after the new year period. So I have stuck with my family and friends for a while, all done now, time to go full throttle into 2026.

• I have another project that made into the production phase (which is a commission project). I realized it may take quite a long long time to wait, and with such concerns always in my mind. I refrained myself to charge more you supposed to pay (which mostly will go to the VA lol.) However, knowing the one who willing to support me on the commission tiers, I have always appreciated your supports that also expanding my horizon. I just... happens to be overthinking what people wants sometime. And my obsession of value quality over everything is not helping.

• I will try to wrapped up everything before March, which mark the return of the poll! Please look forward to it!

As always, thank for all of your generous supports. I feel like I am settling up more with the current situation of my life. I should be able to go full speed in February, the month that the more love the better!
