New year, new challenge. We'll be doing another themed one: this time around Valentine's Day. Surprisingly we haven't done one of these yet even though it is the obvious choice. It'll be a few days late of the actual day itself but I can't let that stop us.

I'm sure this is obvious, but the animations will be based around the themes or iconography of Valentine's Day. That means romance, love, heartbreak, etc. As usual people are free to take this in a variety of directions. It could be about a warm and romantic embrace, bittersweet unrequited love, a steamy passionate night, or just a Valentine's Day gone wrong.

If you're not familiar with the animation challenge, here are the rules:

For 3 days, all participants are expected to create, render, and release an animation from scratch during each consecutive 24 hour time period. 3 days, 3 animations. There are no requirements for sound, software, render engine, or runtime.
