Sarah The Rebel - Lats are jerks!
infoAbout This Title
Here is an annoying thing: one video I saw said to stand like this, a little bent over. Another one says stand more upright and bring your hands more to the side than the slightly in front stance I have going on. Both videos are from fairly reputable sources. The one advocating for the not bent over is an old man bodybuilder who trained some body-building legends. But sometimes the newer science shows more efficient ways to get results. I also see straight arms shown in all diagrams, but every trainer I’ve seen says to bend the elbows. Anyway at the end of the day, my delts look pretty great so I’m probably ok, but I don’t want to be unknowingly using a form that causes injury in the long run, ya know?
