Genuine problem in our place lol.The panic in my heart when i approach a stoplight and i don't have anything on me.Though not as extreme as Power here, these kids come with rags and dirty water which WILL scratch your windows if you don't give em change fast enough. They do nothing but put dirt on the actual needy.
