There are currently many skin-related errors with CSLOL and LTK, so use Divine Skin instead.
LTK also had an issue where the effects showed up as boxes.
Use whichever works best for you: Divine, LTK, or cslolgo.

Unless the skin is broken due to a patch update, most errors are usually caused by individual settings or environments, so the only way to fix them is for the person experiencing the issue to look for a similar situation themselves and find a solution.
The most important thing to do when your skin is broken

Click on the wrench icon, Click Start fixer, wait and after its done enable the mod. It's easy
