Izumi Kanata from Lucky Star won the "Wives" poll!
Yor from Spy x Family had a good chance to win up until the end but Konata's mom ended up winning. It's kinda funny to have Kanata win since she's not a major character in Lucky Star as she's not around for the show. In fact, I'm curious if anyone voted on her thinking she's Konata (they certainly look alike). She is cute like her daughter, though, so I'm content to draw her.
For this picture, I felt doing something wholesome would suit Kanata best. For that, I feel bridal lingerie also works with the theme. It's a simple pose with the hands and lingerie being the only parts that took a bit more extra effort. If you'd like to see my process, check out the attached timelapse!
